Chaffee County Public Health can provide information, travel vaccines, travel medications as well as destination and itinerary specific consultation. From cruises to spelunking, safaris to business trips we can help you stay healthy where ever your voyage may take you.
We offer:
Travel Consultations
Consultation fee is $75.00 per person and includes:
- Health risk assessment
- Risk minimizing education
- Review of current destination health risk factors and resources.
- Listing of consulates and embassy locations
- Other destination specific information that may apply, safety, theft, political stability, etc…
- Please be aware that a 25.oo fee is charged for no shows

Consultations and immunizations are by appointment only (719)539-4510. Clinics are held 11am-1pm on Tuesdays and 3pm-6pm on Thursdays. Call for specific dates and times for our Buena Vista clinics.
